Privacy · pre-launch

Your data, plainly.

Until we ship and have a real product collecting real data, this page is the short version. It will get longer with the product. The principles won't change.

The short version

We're FantasySquad, a pre-launch product at thefantasysquad.com. This page is what we do with your data today — collecting waitlist emails on a marketing site. It will expand when the product launches in August 2026.

We don't sell your data. We don't use it for ad targeting. We don't share it with sportsbooks, ever. If you ever want it deleted, email us and we'll do it within 30 days.

What we collect right now

Email addresses you submit through the waitlist or contact form on this site.

Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, URL) for security and debugging.

Anonymous analytics about which pages get traffic (no individual user tracking). We plan to use PostHog or a similar privacy-respecting tool at launch.

Why we collect it

Waitlist emails: to tell you when FantasySquad launches, to send you a sample Squad Recap, and to let you in early.

Contact form submissions: to reply to your message and follow up if you asked us to.

Server logs: to keep the site working, fight abuse, and debug problems.

Who sees it

FantasySquad team members who need it to do the above.

Service providers under contract who help us operate (e.g., our hosting provider Vercel and email provider Resend). They process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

Law enforcement only if legally compelled — and we'll push back on overreach.

How to make us delete your data

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask. We'll confirm within 30 days. If you're in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights (access, portability, correction); the same email gets it done.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when meaningful things change. Material changes get an email to waitlist members. Last updated: 2026-05-24.
