thefantasysquad.com is a pre-launch marketing site for FantasySquad, a forthcoming social and entertainment layer for fantasy-sports leagues. The product is not yet live; this site collects waitlist signups and shares what we're building.

These terms cover your use of this site today. A separate product Terms of Service will apply when FantasySquad launches in August 2026.

Use the site for normal browsing, signing up for the waitlist, or contacting us. Don't try to break it, scrape it at scale, or abuse the forms.

Don't impersonate someone else when you submit forms. Don't submit anything illegal or malicious.

We'll keep your data per the Privacy page.

We'll never use FantasySquad to facilitate gambling. No odds, no spreads, no sportsbook integration. This is not a sports-betting platform and never will be.

We'll honor data deletion requests within 30 days.

Continuous uptime — this is a pre-launch site and we're iterating quickly.

That every screenshot or sample on this site exactly matches what ships. Sample content (e.g., "The Sunday Funday League" and its members) is illustrative.

The FantasySquad name, wordmark, Squad-prefixed feature names (Squad Recap, Squad Brain, Squad Penalty, Squad Goals, Squad Hall, Squad Showdowns), copy, and visual design are owned by FantasySquad.

Team logos, league names, and player names of professional leagues belong to their respective owners. FantasySquad is not affiliated with the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, or any league host.

The site is provided as-is during pre-launch. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of it. Where required by law, you have your statutory rights.
